Contest Organizer
The “Babies Boss” contest (hereinafter referred to as the “contest”) is organized by Babies Boss (hereinafter referred to as the “contest organizer”).
Eligibility
The contest is open to all parents or expectant parents (anyone who is expecting a child) in Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of their participation. Employees of Babies Boss and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Duration
The contest starts on the first day of each month at 00:01 (Montreal time) and ends on the last day of the month at 23:59 (Montreal time). Any entries received outside this period will be considered void or will be entered into the following contest. considérée pour dans le concours suivant.
The GRAND contest and its draw will be announced on our website and social media every 6 months.
How to Participate
To participate in the contest, participants must visit the contest website at www.babiesboss.com (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) and follow the instructions to submit their entry. Participants must complete the entry form, providing all required information, including their name, email address, and any other requested details.
Prizes
The prizes for the contest will be announced on the contest website. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or any other prizes.
Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted by email within 5 days following the end of the contest. Potential winners must respond within 5 days of receiving the notification to claim their prize. If a potential winner does not claim their prize within the specified time, another winner will be selected.
General
By participating in this contest, participants agree to comply with all of the rules set forth above. The contest organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is deemed fraudulent or abusive. The contest organizer also reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest due to unforeseen circumstances.
Data Privacy
Personal information provided by participants in this contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest, unless the participant has consented to receive promotional communications from BabiesBoss or its partners.
Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from this contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec.
